Wherever possible all orders placed before 4pm are despatched the same day.  

We will arrange for the goods to be delivered by Royal Mail according to the service selected at checkout to the delivery address indicated on your order. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by you and if delivery is not made because of this we will not accept any claims against us; this includes items lost in the post because of incorrect delivery information;

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure products are delivered within 2 – 5 days of the date of our order confirmation or Next Day on selection of this premium service however we cannot be held responsible for delays which are beyond our control.

We will only declare articles as lost after 21 working days from dispatch date at which point we will look into replacing or refunding your order.

Customs and Duties

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any local customs or import duties.  


Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We will refund unworn, unused items if you are not completely happy with them excluding, for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears.

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Access Orders History
  3. Select the Order
  4. Select the Product
  5. Add an explanation so we can better understand why you would like to return the item so that we can improve our Customer Service
  6. Click on "Make an RMA  (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) slip"
  7. Your request will be dealt with by Customer Service department and an RMA no issued.
  8. Please return the item(s) in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order to:

  9. Please obtain proof of posting
  10. We will refund the purchase price to you within 7 days of receipt of the notified returned item(s) providing they are still in the original packaging and in saleable condition. (Exclusions apply)
  11. We will not accept any returns from outside the EU if there is any issue over payment of Duty Charges and are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us.
  12. Refunds will be made in GBP purchase price regardless of any subsequent fluctuations in currency rates.

These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
