We make every effort to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible.

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices stated on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If prior to despatch a pricing error is found in respect of any or all of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the error and offering the option of:

• placing a new order at the correct price for those goods
• cancelling the whole of your order, or
• cancelling your order for the wrongly priced goods and reconfirming your order for the correctly priced goods
• if the correct price is lower than the previously stated price we will go ahead with the despatch and refund any overpayment

Products shown will not be actual size;  wherever possible approximate measurements are provided

Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible

All items will be supplied in our own packaging or brand packaging from the Designers/Suppliers

The purchase of products via our website will be subject to our terms of sale. We will ask you to agree to our terms of sale each time you purchase a product or products via our website.

Terms of Sale

Introduction

Please read these terms of sale carefully.

You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website.

Interpretation

In these terms of sale “we”, “us” and “our” means Sophisticato Jewellery and will be construed accordingly; “you” and “your” means our customer or potential customer for our products and will be construed accordingly.

Order Process

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us until we accept your order and send confirmation by email.

Payment

Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. 

Payment may be made by the following methods: VISA MASTERCARD MAESTRO VISA Electron DELTA, PayPal, or any method detailed on the website from time to time.

Prices for products are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.

Your warranties

You warrant to us that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;  the information in your order is accurate and complete;   you will be able to accept delivery of the products.

Please note Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive by 1pm

Wherever possible all orders placed before 4pm are despatched the same day.  

We will arrange for the goods to be delivered by Royal Mail according to the service selected at checkout to the delivery address indicated on your order. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by you and if delivery is not made because of this we will not accept any claims against us; this includes items lost in the post because of incorrect delivery information;

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure products are delivered within 2 – 5 days of the date of our order confirmation or Next Day on selection of this premium service however we cannot be held responsible for delays which are beyond our control.

We will only declare articles as lost after 21 working days from dispatch date at which point we will look into replacing or refunding your order.

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any local customs or import duties.

Returns Policy 

If you are not completely happy with your order we will guarantee a full refund of goods excluding, for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears.

Please complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Access Orders History
3. Select the Order
4. Select the Product
5. Provide a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item
6. Click on "Make an RMA  (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) slip"
7. Your request will be dealt with by Customer Service department and an RMA # issued.
8. Please return the item(s) in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order to:

9. Please obtain proof of posting
10. We will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of receipt of the notified returned item(s) providing they are still in the original packaging and in saleable condition. (Exclusions apply) In the case of faulty/wrongly delivered items we will also refund postage
